点评：This was puzzling. There were 3 of us that arrived for our appt. We were told we would be taken on a tour of their facilities after our treatment and that didn't happen. All 3 of us were ushered to different places. None of us were given the opportunity to put a white robe on. Instead, all 3 of us undressed in our room where we got the treatment. I have NEVER had that happen before in a spa. I was the first to be dropped off in a waiting room and was there by myself for quite some time as other walked thru the room with their white robes on. We all 3 signed up for the "Uniquely Yours" treatment which was significantly more than the other treatments but I thought it would be neat to have a personalized treatment. I got in the room and was immediately told I had 3 options to choose from and man did I feel rushed in selecting one. She never even looked at my skin. I was shocked and disappointed and can honestly say, it was the worst spa experience I have ever had. The other 2 that were with me came out saying the same thing. Neither one of them were given a "Uniquely Yours" treatment. This was a definitely a "One and Done" experience.
