点评：Icmail is also a photographer in Marrakesh. He is incredibly unprofessional, rude and does not reply to messages nor does he fulfil his client's packages. I didn't want to write a review, however, after encountering numerous issues with him, I think it's important people know how he works.
He has refused to respond to numerous calls/ messages confirming when he would send my wedding pictures- instead he has mentioned he will send them on his terms as and when he wants. After managing to get through to him after a month, he sent my files.
It is now 9 months after my wedding, and he still hasn't sent me the USB keys and photo album that was part of our contract / package. He has also deleted my wedding videos and all videography from the night. He is using the excuse of “hand delivering to his client” when I’ve given him written confirmation to deliver to a number of family members, friends and my planner. I don’t understand how a photographer that works with people that live abroad and have destination weddings expects to hand deliver his work...it appears he's being cheap about it.
I do not recommend him at all - not worth the hassle - there are plenty lovely and respectful photographers in the region. Most planners don't work with him for this exact reason and he has an awful reputation. It' a shame because he is talented..
