Sugar Valley Canoe Trips的点评
点评：I had higher expectations for our canoe trip but this company feel far short. The employees have a pretty aloof attitude towards their customers and the crew at the end of our trip was particularly disappointing. While it was understood that we were to take our canoe to the top of the stairs at the exit point, I certainly didn’t expect to see a young fit employee just sitting on those steps vaping while simply watching me wrestle with the equipment to the top. And then I found others playing around with a football up at the top as well. I guess just offering a little help to their customers would be too much to ask. This outfit is poorly managed and places an emphasis on lazy lackluster work performance over anything that might resemble customer service. They might as well be in the cattle herding business because that’s pretty much how you’re treated, just another cow being pushed through the line. I’ll definitely avoid them in future and will look for other options next time I’m in the area.
