Amazing rug, easy international shipping

点评：We had a wonderful experience with Tarik. After being overwhelmed by the shops in the Grand Bazaar we gave up looking for a rug on our Turkyie trip. We stumbled across this store after visiting the underground city - way better experience!
Tarik was very friendly, low pressure, and spoke great English. He showed us over a dozen rugs that weren't quite right and was overall very knowledgeable about rugs, the history, their construction, and the rug trade. He finally pulled out one that was perfect. We were nervous about haggling but the sales process was easy. We responded no to "do you want to haggle" so he gave us a no-haggle all-in including shipping price that we felt was very fair and paid by credit card.
Since shipping was only 4-5 days he held onto the rug for the rest of our trip and shipped it a few days before we were set to return home. He messaged us on WhatsApp with the UPS tracking number and the rug arrived home the day after we returned home from the trip, if it wasn't for a ups delay at US customs it would have been there within hours of our arrival home!
Overall a 10/10 experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who is travelling in Türkiye who wants a rug without the high pressure, stress inducing experience of the big cities and the Bazaars.
