From the beginning, there was no clear communication regarding important matters such as the itinerary, accommodations, and other important details.
It seemed like the focus was solely on getting payment from the customer, without regard for their needs.
The communication with Indousa was completely one-sided, requiring the customer to accept everything Indousa had unilaterally determined.
And even after payment was received, there was no update from Indousa unless we followed up, even up to the day before departure.
The hotel was only informed the day before departure, and its location was very far from the city center, making it difficult to find food and have free time to explore.
And many other arrangements were suddenly changed at the last minute without any prior discussion or notification.
In fact, all 12 people on this trip group were disappointed and experienced the same thing.
The management was apparently handled by only one person: Mr. Grandy, the owner, who was incredibly difficult to communicate with and compromise with.
My advice to Mr. Grandy is that if you work in the service industry, please be more professional and communicate properly with customers.
Don't just focus on profit.
One positive thing is that the drivers/tour guides who handled the trip were very cooperative and excellent.
