点评:This is our second visit to The Japanese Garden, so needless to say it is well worth a visit if you like beautiful trees and a wonderful walk in a very atmospheric setting.
It is hard to understand how it is possible to pack in such a maze of pathways around masses of bamboo, impressive full size trees (most that look like bonsai but are full size!), numerous flowering plants, Japanese dry garden complete with contemplation area, a fantastic lake complete with a bridge and koi... in to just one acre of space! I have probably missed tons of stuff here so you will just have to go for a wonder yourself and find all the things I missed.
After wending your way through the garden you will get to a huge stock of bonsai trees, there are many different types and there are lots for sale. Some are easily affordable for a complete beginner on a budget while others are a serious investment and are ideal for a true bonsai enthusiast. Both of the ladies in the shop (Natalie and Angela) are very knowledgeable in regards to bonsai and the care of them.
Easily one of the best places in Cornwall to visit
