点评:It was around ten kilometers from Ramnagar. The drive was comfortable with Tiger Reserve area on both sides. One has to walk for a few hundred meters and cross the bridge to reach the divine temple. It is carved into a colossal boulder believed to have come floating from miles away. Maa Girija agreed to the repeated requests of Kaal Bhairav Baba and the shrine came into being. It has positive energies which are inexplicable.
Kaal Bhairav Baba temple is at the foot of the main shrine and one has to enter a narrow cave to pay homage. It is done after worshipping Maa. One has to climb around thirty narrow steps to reach the sanctum sanctorum. One has to get down from the other side and both sides are separated by a railing. Photography and Videography are not permitted here.
There is a small stream of river (I do not recollect the name) flows adjacent to the shrine and one has to cross its shallow patch to reach the small shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva and other deities.
There are small shops at the entrance of the shrine's compound and one may purchase a range of artefacts with religious significance and otherwise and there are food outlets too. We had nimboo paani as it started getting hotter by the time we were stepping out.
What a divine place...
