Kids comedy show
The Stand Comedy Club, Bar & Kitchen的点评
点评：I've been to the stand previously to the adult comedy shows and I've always enjoyed it and had a good laugh.
This review is only for the kids comedy show.
I can imagine its hard to come up with a comedy show for kids of all ages, and to also keep the parents entertained, and its easy to be the critic, however, that's how the show was pitched and ran by comedians.
Sadly I found the show really poor, there was no structure, not much of a theme (considering it was a Halloween kids comedy show), not many jokes, it just felt poorly put together and not much planning at all.
There was a bit of karaoke at one point by the comedians, which was random, also a poorly put together PowerPoint presentation.
Probably the "best" bit was after the interval, where the kids got to write down questions or jokes that would be read out. The kids literally came up with the best material!
It also felt bizarre that the comedians kept asking someone how long the had left, as if they couldn't wait for it to be over, I feel everyone else was feeling the same.
Wasn't a very cheap event, I would definitely not recommend the kids comedy show based upon the one I seen. Hopefully it improves.
