点评：Absolutely Stunning!!!!! We held our wedding here this week. There are no words to justify how perfect our day was. From checking in the night before the staff could not do enough to help and welcome us. Kelly our coordinator was outstanding. She listened to our wishes and stresses and implemented everything we wanted. Always on hand for us and she was there to sort my dress as I walked down the aisle which meant alot. Nila on reception provides a warm welcome and it is clear she puts her heart into her role. The staff helped us prepare for the next day, Georgia was on hand to help whenever we needed anything, nothing was too much. As our day started Max (who we named mint max) was so approachable and calming and kept everything running smoothly. With two brides and bridal parties he definitely got his steps in. But he remained in control and was the smile we needed. The whole day surpassed our expectations. The castle itself has idyllic charm and so much history. The food was outstanding and we didnt have one single issue throughout the whole day.
A couple of small issues after the day ended but the whole team dealt with this so well and a call from the general manager very shortly afterwards to address them herself.
I cant thank them enough for making our fairytale wedding come to life in such a spectacular memorable way. Something we will never forget. Thank you to the whole team for literally giving us our dream wedding.
