点评：This temple is one of the 51 Shakthipeeth . The Significance is, when Mata Sathi was burning, Shiva carried her in his arms and flew to Kailash, her burnt body parts fell on the ground at different places. each place a temple has come up.
It is believed that the Stomach of Ma Sathi fell here, and thus this temple.
It has more than 10000 steps to reach the temple. But a beautiful rope way is available which takes you directly to the foot steps of the temple. The charges are ₹630/- per person, and the ride i rely beautiful. The view from the car is really breath taking.
Refreshments are available on top.
Once you reach this temple, you have 2 more temples to visit , which has o be done by foot. 800 Steps down we reach the Jain Darasar, which is a very beautiful temple, the view of the Girnar range from here is also very beautiful.
Come up 800 steps to the Ambe Temple, and you have another 2500 steps up to the Gorkhnath Temple and Dattatreya Temple. 2500 step down again you reach the Ambe Mata temple. There are other temples on the way up and down the stairs
You can take the rope car from Ambe Temple and come down the hill.
