Rude staff member “Shane”

点评：My daughter had her 13th birthday party and she had enjoyed herself but the half the staff clearly didn’t know what they were doing and nor did they help out with the party when I needed some help. I specifically asked for the cake to get put into the fridge because it would melt and I was told it was put into the fridge but then the manager came down and told me they cannot do tht due to allergies, so why hasn’t someone told me that they can’t actually do that? And the staff said they don’t provide knives, plates or cutlery. My daughter and myself had to ask a few times and one off your staff members “Shane” was consistently rude with a lot of attitude throughout our visit. When we requested for help he would not want to call down the manager because he said “there needed to be a good reason for me to call the manager otherwise they won’t come down” and kept on asking what the reason was when we have explain and shown clearly what we were requesting. This young man was incredibly rude for no reason compared to the other staff. We thankyou the manager and David for helping us out in the end providing us with everything and for understanding. If Shane doesn’t know how to behave within the hospital world of work, i suggest put him in a section where he can actually be nice and have no rude contact with clients.
