点评：We went bowling as a family. We booked the bowling and food deal, where you have to order what you want to eat before you go. We had a fun bowling experience, however, when we arrived at Reception, there were four members of staff just standing and chatting, who did not even acknowledge we were there. After our bowling game, we went back to Reception to ask for our food order. We were told that our child's meal choice was no longer available. Anyone who has a child, knows that, however hard you try, sometimes they can only stomach one thing on the menu as some foods are just too strong for them whilst they are growing up, or they have sensory issues - it's not fussiness. The member of staff dealing with us offered us an alternative menu option for our child, but this, sadly, was not an option for us. When we requested a refund for the food to go elsewhere, they said they did not offer refunds. They went to ask their manager, who then said they could only refund the child's meal. When we pointed out that we were not going to sit there and eat our meals whilst our child was hungry, they said that they could not help and it was not their problem. We asked if we could bring a takeway meal into the building for the child whilst we ate, but they said no and that security would stop us!!! We asked whether they could give our child a pizza instead from their menu and it was 'computer says no'. There was no helpfulness whatsoever, no customer service - rude, arrogant staff. Would not go there again.
翻译：我们全家去打保龄球了。我们订的是保龄球和餐饮套餐，去之前要点餐。我们玩得很开心，然而，当我们到达接待处时，发现有四名工作人员站在那里聊天，根本没注意到我们的存在。打完保龄球后，我们回到接待处点餐，却被告知儿童餐已停用。养孩子的人都知道，无论你多么努力，有时孩子只能接受菜单上的一种菜，因为有些食物对正在成长的他们来说太过刺激，或者他们有感官问题——这可不是挑食。接待我们的工作人员为我们的孩子提供了其他菜单选择，但遗憾的是，我们没有选择。当我们要求退款，让他们把食物送到其他地方时，他们说不予退款。他们去找经理，经理说只能退儿童餐的钱。当我们表示不想在孩子饿的时候坐在那里吃饭时，他们却说帮不上忙，这又不是他们的事。我们问他们能不能在我们吃饭的时候带一份外卖进楼给孩子吃，但他们说不行，保安会阻止我们！！！我们问他们能不能从菜单上给我们的孩子点一份披萨，结果他们说“电脑说不行”。他们一点帮助都没有，没有客户服务——员工粗鲁傲慢。以后再也不去了。
