SCAM!!!! Left us stranded and took our $6000

点评：SCAM!! We paid $6000 for a trip to Italy. When we landed the company had canceled all of our hotels and tours! We had to scramble find hotels and tours last minute in Rome - after reading some reviews, which I should’ve done before hand, it seems to many people have been scammed by this company, only to land in a foreign country to find out that everything was canceled while they were in the sky flying overseas
Now I am arguing with not Wells Fargo, but Visa itself, trying to get a refund for the charges I had to make to pay for a hotel room rooms and tours while we were staying in the country. Which was roughly $3000.
And this all happened three months ago, and I still do not have my money back. When trying to reach them, they would either hang up on me or put me on hold forever and now when I try to call, it puts me straight through to a voicemail, or I figure my number must be blocked
