Do not buy gift vouchers and be wary of customer service

点评：We were gifted £60 vouchers as a present from family for Mersea boating lake, and have tried to book several times with no luck, I raised this to the company who told me I had to book on line - I explained there was no option to book, I could only buy gift vouchers which was what I was trying to spend. I sent screenshots with proof of not being able to book and also asked if I could have some help booking and whether I could extend the voucher as it was running out and there was no option to book anything on the dates on the voucher. I tried calling and left messages, no one ever came back to me. I explained it was a present and again I was ignored. My last 3 emails and all of my calls have now been ignored even though I have asked for help. Please don't buy vouchers from here unless you want to throw money away! Such a shame as our boys were looking forward to coming here and spending their present money. £60 for 2 bits of cardboard and no customer service.
