Excellent experience while using English-language headsets

点评：We are a family of 4 from the USA. We had an excellent experience using the English-language headsets. Our group was 4 and there were 6 who were listening to the German audio in the rooms. It may be that for a larger group they turn the German audio in the rooms up, making it harder to hear the English-language headsets, but in our case we had no problems at all hearing the English on our headsets. The headsets have a volume control, you can turn them up (to a certain maximum of course) using the "up" button at the top of the round controller at the top of the controls (I'm sure the staff can show you if this is confusing; the staff for us was excellent, very helpful and accommodating). I found it helped to turn up the volume from that default setting.
The content itself was excellent. My 10-year-old daughter thought it was just okay, but my 11-year-old daughter who enjoys history loved it as did my wife and I. We learned a lot and feel we understand Tirol much better at this point. Though I wouldn't make a point of going again, for us it was an excellent one-time experience and a highlight of our short time in Innsbruck.
