Wonderful Wine Tasting Experience at Clos du Val

点评：My wife and I only booked a by-the-glass tasting at Clos du Val, but we were made to feel like honored guests from the moment we arrived.
We were warmly welcomed and seated in a lovely outdoor tasting area. The surroundings are stunning — beautifully maintained grounds and a property that clearly reflects care and passion. The buildings are modern yet full of character, with thoughtful details like wall panels made from old oak casks adding a personal touch.
The wines were the true highlight. We started with the Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc —fresh, well-rounded, and very easy to enjoy—followed by a smooth and satisfying Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. These were served alongside delicious bread and an incredible homemade pesto, which paired beautifully with both wines.
We then moved on to a crisp, balanced Rosé of Cabernet Franc, and ended with the “Yettalil,” a red blend from the Stags Leap District, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon. It was exceptional — elegant and full of depth, with a lovely balance of fruit and acidity. Definitely one for special occasions!
Overall, a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Napa!
