点评:While the architecture is impressive, i went there for a cousin's wedding. The management basically is out of touch with how to run an event or maybe its just the way pennsylvania is and they try to see how much they can pull over one's face.
When it came to service for the main course, is it safe to assume that the servers are supposed to serve drinks to the tables or just stand around and clean up dirty dishes from the tables. Alas, i think every table around me had to get up to walk to the bar to get drinks or water or soda.
Enough of bad service, lets focus on the food. The bread was stale, but not by a day, but by several. Hard enough to use as baseballs. Many guests ordered the wagyu tenderloin, which was nothing more than a choice cut of sirloin steak. Many of the guests at this venue have been in the food industry and restaurant business for over 30 years... we asked for knives and the server just laughed and said,., we wont need knives,, so i asked him to demonstrate,, and no luck.. so he went and got several knives,, all of which were butter knives... they did not have any steak knives. Many of us went out to eat after the event because food at the Center was barely touched.
