点评：I couldn’t have wished for a better day out. I’d brought my boyfriend a virgin experience day voucher for Christmas last year for a single seater driving experience and a passenger ride with an experienced driver in a BMW.
When he was booking availability was limited for the single seater and they were trying to get him to upgrade to an F4 car for £50 extra which he decided not to do but on the day he was in one away so it’s good he didn’t pay.
The lady at the front desk was lovely and explained all the add on options if he wanted to drive something else and the pricing so he could think about it while driving. It was very relaxed and not pressured.
They recommend that you purchase the insurance but the lady at the desk said it’s very very rare anyone uses it and it’s extra so not worth it.
We did upgrade from the BMW to the Atom for £15 for his pro driver lap which I think was well worth it.
As a watcher the viewing area was limited but you’re never going to see the full track from the ground and I got to see a lot more than I thought. There are benches to sit at and a cafe/diner where you can sit inside if raining or you want a drink or something to eat.
My boyfriend absolutely loved it and I can’t recommend it enough especially if you can get a good deal on a voucher like I did as it’s much more reasonable this way.
