LEAKY BOXES! LOW VAN MAINTENANCE, BAD SERVICE - RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

点评：My partner and I just rented a Juliette from #camperman for 20 days through Queensland. And for 11 of the 20 days, the campervan LEAKED IN 5 PLACES, soaking our bed, clothes and luggage, in weather where it would never dry.
We reached out on day 2 of 20, and in all 20 days, we were only responded to with "please fix it with gorilla tape" and never an offer to fix it, replace, reimburse, compensate or any remedial method.
Yes it was Christmas. But thats the time they make max $$$$, and they knew that!
Yes is was rainy season - but they knew that too.
A basic carwash check exposed the leaks - something the Camperman team didnt bother to check at the start of rainy + high season. And - the engine oil was low - something we again had to fix. And the sink faucet never worked - leaving us in the van for hours with dirty dishes and no way to brush teeth (it was raining outside).
They have STILL NOT REIMBURSED US for the gorilla tape and engine oil.
When we asked for compensation, we were offered 300$ for our silence. But for a rental that cost us 3100$ for 20 days, of which we had rain-soaked beds for 11 days through Christmas and New Year - is that fair?
I can PM videos and screenshots for proof if needed - stay AWAY FROM CAMPERMAN!

我们要求赔偿时，他们只肯给我们300美元，让我们保持沉默。但是，租了这辆车20天，花了我们3100美元，其中圣诞节和新年期间，我们睡了11天被雨水浸透的床——这公平吗？
