点评：I cannot say enough good things about the Gilded Iguana Surf Club. This is my third time visiting Nosara and having a Surf Club membership. The Surf Club and all of its wonderful employees makes our visits so easy and carefree and I can't imagine visiting Nosara without it! This past November 2024 a few friends and I spent almost three weeks in Nosara focusing on surfing and trying to improve. We went to the surf club every day, sometimes two or three times a day!! Our experience at the Surf Club was unforgettable with the best customer service and knowledgeable staff, pura vida laid back atmosphere, and just amazing vibes and people. We can't wait to return. JP and Jordan are doing an incredible job with this place. Keep up the good work!!! A few honorable mentions below... :)
We all had awesome individual lessons with each of Eder, Steven and Aldair. Eder helped me surf my first real "green wave" and was so knowledgeable and made my lesson both fun and rewarding, and I'll be using the techniques he taught me for years to come! Steven took my friend from a beginner surfer to surfing green waves in the lineup in just three lessons!!! Steven won us all over with his humor and positive attitude. Aldair is just a beast! He is one of the most skilled surfers I've ever seen and took our friend to Playa Pelada (just a short walk) for a very unique surfing lesson where she learned how to surf a different break.
Yelle always has a smile on his face and helped me pick the perfect surf board every day. He even taught me how to wax and inspect my board (and might I add that he is an incredible salsa dancer and instructor!!!). Gerald was also so kind and cheerful during check-in and out. Josue and Jeremy always greeted us after our surf with some smiles and heady reggae tunes. Can't wait to come back!!!
