Spa at the Rabbit Hotel & Retreat的点评
点评：A friend and I had booked a day spa to catch up. I really was looking forward to it and we were both so disappointed. We arrived just after 9 and checked in to the spa. We were told where to go and where to get changed. The changing area is very small and was quite dirty in places. There were 3 showers and one toilet and no changing cubicles.. There were a couple of other in there there and it felt extremely cramped. We later found out this toilet was the only one available for everyone that was visiting the spa area. We were then told the bar area was not open until midday and it doesn't even serve tea or coffee. So we had to walk through the hotel into the restaurant where everyone was eating breakfast in our robes and slippers which really was very inconvenient. The spa areas themselves look very pretty but I feel like it is very lacking in facilities. There is too many people booked in to use them and not enough space for us all to enjoy the facilities. There wasn't many staff around during our visit and feel it lacked any kind of customer service. We had lunch included and it was just ok. Unfortunately it really was not that great at all. Please don't waste your money.
翻译：我和一个朋友预订了日间水疗，想聊聊近况。我本来非常期待，结果却非常失望。我们刚过9点就到了，办理了入住手续。工作人员告诉我们去哪里以及在哪里换衣服。更衣区非常小，有些地方很脏。那里只有3个淋浴间和一个卫生间，没有更衣隔间。那里还有几个其他的卫生间，感觉非常拥挤。后来我们发现，只有这一个卫生间可供所有来水疗区的人使用。之后，工作人员告诉我们酒吧区中午才开放，甚至不提供茶或咖啡。所以我们不得不穿过酒店去餐厅，那里的每个人都穿着浴袍和拖鞋吃早餐，这真的很不方便。水疗区本身看起来很漂亮，但我觉得设施很匮乏。预约的人太多了，空间不够我们所有人使用。我们去的时候，周围工作人员不多，感觉缺乏任何客户服务。我们订的是包含午餐的套餐，味道还行。可惜的是，午餐真的没什么特别好吃。千万别浪费钱。
