Torpedo Factory Art Center的点评
点评：I went to the Torpedo Factory on a Tuesday with my sister and got there around 10:20 in the morning. I would highly recommend this to someone who is looking for still more to do in D.C. and is thinking about hitting the same museum twice. Go here instead and make a morning or afternoon of it. I am not that into art but I still had a good time and I picked up a pair of earrings for my wife's birthday at a reasonable price that I am sure she will like.
A lot of the shops were not open that day and a lot that "were," according to the hours on the door, were not open, at least yet. Still, there were enough open to have a good time and see a wide variety of art. I would recommend making a day out of it or an extended visit as the Torpedo Factory is also on the water and their are restaurants nearby (and in the back next to the water). I would suggest then that you park someplace that allows longer parking than the 2 hour pay parking on the street. I think if you go on a weekend more of the shops will be open.
