Rups Beach Club Fethiye的点评
点评：RUPS Beach Club is absolutely breathtaking! The layout, design, and music create an amazing, upscale atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing and taking photos. If you are looking to swim, keep in mind that the water can be quite cold and rough.
While the day-to-day service was generally okay, we ran into a few frustrating issues that really soured the experience: We noticed a recurring pattern with the cash handling. When we paid for our lodge (and the orders placed there), the staff simply never brought our change back. Later at the restaurant, the exact same thing happened—the waiter handed us the bill, we paid, then said “have a nice day further,” and tried to walk away with our change. We had to explicitly ask, "Can we have our change back?" which resulted in a very long, awkward wait for them to return with it. It felt incredibly unprofessional.
Late in the evening, the staff suggested we walk all the way to the exit/reception to call a taxi. When we got there, the reception was entirely closed and deserted. It was a completely wrong suggestion that left us stranded at the end of the night.
For a beach club of this caliber, the bathroom and dressing room areas were very dirty, which definitely needs more frequent maintenance.
Overall:
It’s a stunning beach club with a great atmosphere, but the management seriously needs to address staff transparency regarding money/tips, ensure accurate information is given to guests at night, and step up the cleanliness of the facilities.
