点评：When your friend turns 40 and wants to do this by way of celebration and you're not sure what to expect...
A group of 6 mums we arrived at the beach in the most beautiful sheltered bay about 50 minutes before our booking. we enjoyed a picnic and the views before it was our turn in the sea and sauna experience. The sauna itself is perched on the edge of the beach giving it a spectacular view from the window and was just the perfect size for 5 people. Not sure it'd be much fun with many more.
I couldn't use the sauna due to illness so I made use of the 2 wooden beach chairs by the entrance to the sauna hut and watched my friends go up and down to the sea before warming up in the sauna. There are storage boxes to keep your dry clothes which is helpful especially as it did rain while we were there.
The staff member was friendly and explained how to use the sauna and he swept the floor between groups. The only negative I can say is that there is no time in between groups so there were 2 groups trying to change and put stuff iin/out of the storage boxes. Maybe a 15 minutes interval would be better giving people time to move away from the entrance before the next groups experience starts.
There are toilets close by which you are not allowed to charge in and are well kept. There are a few picnic tables and a burger hut with a huuuuuge menu and caters extremely well for veggies and gluten free customers. We didn't use it this time as has lunch booked somewhere but knowing it's there now will definitely use next time.

附近有厕所，不允许冲进去，而且维护得很好。有几张野餐桌和一个汉堡小屋，菜单很丰富，非常适合素食和无麸质顾客。我们这次没有使用它，因为已经在某处预订了午餐，但知道它现在在那里，下次一定会用到。
强烈推荐这次体验。
