点评：Wrightsville Beach, NC is located east of Wilmington. My family and I have been coming to this beach for over 20 years, because of the beautiful, clear water, and sandy beaches. If you like water sports, Wrightsville Beach is ideal for all kinds of activities-- paddle boarding swimming, surfing, and kayaking. Fishing on the beach is also popular, especially in the early morning.
On the beach, at beach access #2, behind Shell Island Resort you will find a WB Mail Box where you can leave a note. The mail box is maintained by student ambassadors from UNC Wilmington. All iteams and notes are saved and become part of the Wrightsville Beach Museum.
If running, walking, and biking are your interests, you will love "The Loop". It is a 2.5 mile scenic path. There are many bars, restaurants, and boutiques. If you are looking for more areas to explore try Military Cutoff Rd is full of big box stores, restaurants, etc.
If you want to learn about the rich history of the Wrightsville Beach community visit the Wrightsville Beach Museum. They are open Thursday - Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 1pm to 4pm.
