Lovely little cinema, but please improve the sound quality of the films.

点评：We visited the cinema 22/1/25 to watch A Complete Unknown in screen 1. We love to support this independent cinema & the seating is really comfy - especially if you’re lucky enough to get a settee!!
We were a group of 4 - age range 20 -75. Put it this way, we couldn’t make out any of the conversations being had on screen. We could hear the singing, but none of the dialogue. It just wasn’t loud/clear enough. I know someone who saw the same film at the Odeon & they heard every word. What a shame. I’m having to wait until it’s out on Netflix or something to watch it again.
For this reason I don’t think I’ll return to the cinema any time soon unless the surround sound improves as I have had this problem before & don’t much relish wasting more money.
