Excellent service with the kindest driver and guide!

点评：I want to thank you for the excellent service you provided for our recent trip to Sicily.
When I saw Francesco, our driver, holding a sign at the airport with my name, I couldn't help but run to him and hug him! I was so happy and excited to be in Sicily!! Later, he told me that in the 15 years he has been driving, no one has ever hugged him. So of course, on the final drive back to the airport, I had to give him a good bye hug! He was wonderful.
Salvatore, our guide for our visit to Valledolmo, was so very kind and understood my emotions about going to Valledomo, my family's hometown. He was a wealth of information! From visiting a local woman who offered us coffee, visiting the church where my grandfather and great grandmother were baptized ( many tears), visiting the records office (more tears), were moments that will live in my heart forever.
