点评：We went to have Sunday lunch with friends knowing the ‘Pie Lass’ would be the Chef.
What can I say “wow” we weren’t disappointed. I had the Steak and Kidney pie which followed a conversation with the lady herself on the line of how I wish there was more kidney in pies, and guess what The Pie Lass made just that. I can honestly say it was amazing the best I have ever had plenty of kidney and the gravy was to die for didn’t want it to end. If you’re not a lover of that type of pie there are plenty of others to choose from (check out the web site or better still pop along to the pub you’ll be spoilt for choice. The others had roasts which didn’t disappoint either and if you like your beef not so rare The Pie Las will cook it a bit more for you. Then there was a tough choice on what to have for dessert, we had the apple crumble it was just the way it should be made home cooked the old fashion way with custard to match yumm
