Cardiff Pumpkin Festival的点评
点评：Perhaps my expectations were too high but this event is not as advertised. Ghost ship to take you to event, more like water taxi with a skull and cross bone flag and no entertainment from staff.
Ticket price covers the boat ride and a pumpkin but nothing else. Fairground rides are outdated and overpriced.
Food and drink is astronomically priced and benches are few and far between. We had to sit on the floor to eat our food.
Everything else comes at an additional cost aside from a show. Monster Boogie appeared closed off, The Sunken Galley appeared closed off also. The Krakens Bounce Kingdom was not really a kingdom, more like five separate bouncy castles, only two could be used for small children.
The kids playground was very small and also very dated.
Didn’t see any talking pumpkins, not sure where the festival of bones was but we didn’t find it. The Carnival of curious games I think referred to a game of ring toss that was cosily fitted by the picnic benches.
All in all a bit disappointing, will not be returning.
