Worth a peak but only a short visit needed

点评：An easy combined visit with Beddgelert village just down the road. Mines themselves are an experience (be mindful of lots of steep, metal steps not for the height conscious!!!) We visited on a wet day and during half term; it was relative busy I imagine as a result. Still got to see what we needed to but not really able to listen to the audio stations for fear of holding up and blocking passages for others.
We were there about an hr which for the entrance price (family ticket £31 if I remember rightly) was a tad expensive I think.
Not for anyone with mobility issues or even young children due the climbs.
3 stars - it is a typical mine and worth a peak, especially with the views at the top but really only a hrs experience. Some bottle necks if busy and can’t always hear or access the audios.
