点评:Back in February 2025, I saw several reviewers on different sites stating that their PrimeTime shuttle got canceled at the last minute. I decided, regrettably, to take my chances. I wish I hadn't. I can see why this business is not BBB Accredited.
I reserved a roundtrip drop off and pickup to LAX four months prior to our trip. I also called and confirmed both reservation 2 weeks prior to the trip. There were 7 or us in my group, including 3 children.
The pick up in Fontana drop off at LAX went as planned.
The reservation for the return trip (LAX to Fontana) did not go as planned. This reservation was canceled the night before the pickup was to take place - less than 24 hours before landing at LAX! The email I received said the cancellation was due to my change of plans. WRONG. I did not initiate any cancellation. We were out of the country at the time and had limited cell service. I was able to contact PrimeTime the morning of our return flight, and all I got was "we're sorry for the inconvenience" and "we will refund the cost this trip". INCONVENIENCE?
I have texted, emailed, and talked on the phone with representatives. They all say the same thing. "We apologize for the inconvenience". No one has been able to tell me what happened. Trying to find last minute transportation for a group of 7 including 3 children is more than an inconvenience. It felt dismissive.
I DO NOT recommend PrimeTime Shuttle to anyone. They do not honor their agreements, they are not transparent, and they minimize the impact their poor management has on the customer.
