点评：More like a 1* hotel! Fawlty towers is better than this place!! What a joke! Awful place that's best avoided! I wish I'd taken notice of the bad reviews, that I now realise are just honest!! The rooms are OK but that's all! Check in was slow - 1 person on the desk and a very long queue. We found our room in a very shabby annexe - see other travellers photos. The 'spa' was awful! Broken tiles, dirty, packed out, no staff, just awful! Now, onto the restaurant - a disaster!! We asked to book for 7.30pm to be told, sorry, we can only get you in at 7.15pm. We got a drink from the bar first, eventually! No frills! No lemon in my G&T, no straws on the bar. We arrive at 7.15pm, seated immediately and told they can't take our order because they are too busy. Also told that we need cutlery to be brought to the table. Our order was eventually taken at 7.50pm, we asked again for cutlery. There is no wine list and I was told that "it's easier if you go to the bar because we don't know what's available" !! The starters was raw chicken wings. The rooms don't have air-con or a safe, or a fridge. The housekeeper banged on our door at 10.30am - we had late check out and normal check out is 11am - there was no sign of fire! Breakfast was ok. The beautiful old building shown in all their pictures is empty, unused, becoming run down and shabby, like the rest of the place. Needless to say - we won't be going back!
