I’ve been on many group tours, but Pinatubo Mountainero was by far the most unorganized. The designated meeting point was unclear, and the van driver was utterly useless when we needed guidance. Instead of assisting us, he ignored calls and gave vague directions. To make matters worse, when we finally found the van, barely five minutes past the meet-up time, some joiners were already attacking us like we’d delayed the trip by hours. The agency did nothing to de-escalate, allowing unnecessary drama. But the worst part? They left us behind at the 4x4 parking area without any real justification. It’s one thing to deal with a poorly planned tour, but to be abandoned after following the itinerary is unacceptable. Never booking with them again.
