What a dive! Feels unsafe to walk around, even in the day!

点评：We came to Wisbech to visit Peckover House and gardens- which was lovely, it’s only when we went for a wander around the town itself that our opinion changed!
Saturday seems to be market day with a few sparse stalls and people loitering everywhere.
Went into a couple of charity shops, came straight out!
The place just has an awful atmosphere, we must have walked past 4-5 drunks in the street, staggering everywhere- this was before midday! People smoking everywhere and dropping their discarded cigarettes on the ground, even outside the church, smells delightful as you can imagine!
Not to be a snob but when you have to hold a nine year old child’s hand to walk down the street because you feel unsafe with the type of people that are wandering around, that speaks volumes! Definitely will not be returning EVER!
