Love the view found the disorganized front of the house frustrating

点评：I’ve been here before and thought the view was lovely and the food…pizza was well done. This past weekend we visited albeit via a hop on hop off tour which only left us with an hour to eat we decided to order a cheese plate. Unfortunately, and maybe I’m old fashioned they require one to order via a QR code. I absolutely detest a QR code and by the way NO Italian wonders would ever use a QR code.. Absolutely no personal interaction with the waitstaff…actually one has no idea who your wait staff is. Thinking this would be the quickest meal knowing we only had an hour we finally hailed someone down to ask where our order was 45 minutes later. Should it really take 45 minute to prepare a cheese board…no. The front of the house looked dazed and confused with absolutely no customer follow up or apology for the huge delay.
So do come for the view. If you plan on eating there I would say skip it. It is expensive and with the front of the house being so widely disorganized it simply becomes a frustrating moment.
