Very nice educational facility

点评：Stopped by with my family group of 20 on New Years Day.
Parked in the garage under the facility. I believe it was $15 for the 3 hours we were inside. The garage is heated with an elevator right in. I drive a Silverado pick up and the corners were very tight. With a full garage I’m not sure there would be enough room.
Staff is very friendly from the moment you walk inside. You can save $1 per person buying tickets in advance online.
Lots of little areas that are fun for kids that have a real educational value. The exhibits are sponsored by various companies in their respective industry and are very well done. Most things are very hands on keeping kids of all ages occupied and engaged. Our group had ages 46 down to 7 and everyone loved it. The Southwest flight simulator was a real big hit.
There was I will say a snack bar open with pizza, nachos, etc. and seating available to rest or enjoy the food. Gift shop is smaller but has plenty to remember your trip by. There is also outdoor seating but it was too cold during our visit to go out.
The aquarium isn’t very large so if you are going just for that you may be disappointed. You can touch a few different things like a sting ray and lobster. The Carribean display was being renovated so that may be a larger display than the others.
I thought the value was well worth the trip. The exhibits did look fairly stationary so I’m not sure you would need to stop by monthly but if you have a few hours to spend I would highly recommend.
