点评:We have been to Caddy Gilmores previously with our grandchildren and had a really good time.
This morning we tried for several hours to book online for today for four of us, the website was down and pre booking was not possible. There was no information on the site explaining this to prospective customers, having myself worked IT I know this can be done.
Arriving at the golf centre I explained the problem and asked if online prices would be honoured, the assistant explained NO, he had been told full prices would be charged and the faulty website wasn’t their problem but an external issue.
With the number of families, grandparents, kids etc playing this morning some also having tried to pre-book, I find the customer service from the management terribly poor, putting profit before customers, I felt sorry for staff having to front dissatisfied customers instead of faceless management.
This won’t stop us bringing our grandchildren in future but, customer service values need to be reassessed.
