Best Facial ever by the amazing Lisa

点评：I booked a Signature Facial and I was given 4 hours free access to the Spa area.
Firstly the Spa is beautiful, very high end, I loved the milder sauna followed by a steam. I was shown around by a lovely lady I think she was called Marg, I know she was Dutch, she was so thorough, she showed me every room and was so lovely. It can feel a bit intimidating walking into a spa on your own but she made me so comfortable. Then I went for my facial with the amazing Lisa, well what can I say, she’s absolutely brilliant. She made me feel so comfortable the second I walked in, I struggle with my hip I’m waiting for surgery, she even helped me up out of the chair. The facial was the best I’ve ever had, so relaxing, my skin felt unreal afterwards and looked like glass. She’s that good I’ve booked in for The Black Diamond Facial on Monday and I honestly can’t wait to relax again. If you get an opportunity to visit the Spz then book a facial with Lisa I’ll guarantee you won’t get better. Thankyou so much Laceby Manor Spa and the lovely staff and especially Lisa. 😎😍
