点评：The most gorgeous and stunning little find in Helmsley! The Flower belt is a wonderful idea and great conception to have in Yorkshire.
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it is a joyous and wonderful place to visit. I came as a couple but it’s perfect for everyone! Young families to the older generation. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit on and many more summer benches/ sunbathers to relax on or to just take in the views that surround you.
There is also a great little addition of a bar that opens on Friday, Saturday and Sundays serving locally produced beer and Pizzas. Although we visited on a Wednesday they still do catering and sell many great cakes and cafe drinks. You can’t complain as the staff running it are super friendly and full of joy! They also look after your needs. I have forgotten to mention that main silo/shop where you pay for the flowers. They sell locally produced goods like honey and apple juice( as seen in the pictures)
Personally the amount of wildflowers to pick in the fields are never ending and it’s a great little day out from filling a vase to a jam jar for the little ones. They also have a huge field of Sunflowers that can also be picked by yourself! We loved this and found it the best part.
Overall the Flower Belt is an amazing idea and wonderful place to visit with friends and family! There is plenty of parking available and you can even walk to here from Helmsley itself and is well signposted.
