Worth a visit, even without the exhibition
Home of Carlsberg的点评
点评：We decided it would be unthinkable to not visit the Home of Carlsberg while in Copenhagen so we made it a stop on our walk from Carsten Niebuhrs Gade to the zoo.
We didn’t pay for the exhibition but instead got to walk around all the free parts, go into the bar and the stables etc. We got coffee and cake (I don’t know what it was but it was an amazing little cake as they very friendly member of staff serving had said it would be!) and basked in the sunshine (after a morning of rain) and throughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.
We learned about the origins of the Copenhagen Mermaid, saw lots of historic Carlsberg posters and carts, and got to meet the wonderful horses.
We then visited the gift shop where they have a huge array of goods to buy from clothing, to glasses, to bottle openers and beyond. There was also a label personalisation machine. I got my usual favourite souvenirs - postcards, pen, magnet - and the staff were very friendly. Couldn’t get any liquids as I only had hand luggage for the plane. Maybe next time!
I was also really pleased to find there were toilets available, in more than one spot, and they were incredibly clean!
When we carried on walking to the zoo we came across another Carlsberg building which we believe may have been a sort of scientific place, and then some big offices where the ceiling across the road is like lager bubbles! We also got to see the Elephant Tower which we later found out was the original Carlsberg entrance (I think!).
Also, on the way to Home of Carlsberg we walked through a lovely lot of houses and cafes etc. It was a really lovely area!

我们继续往动物园走，路对面又经过了嘉士伯大楼，我们猜想它可能是某种科研场所，然后是一些很大的办公室，马路对面的天花板就像啤酒泡沫一样！我们还看到了大象塔，后来我们才知道，它就是嘉士伯最初的入口（我想！）。
此外，在去嘉士伯之家的路上，我们穿过了许多漂亮的房屋、咖啡馆等等。那真是一个美丽的地方！
