点评：I traveled to Sri Lanka with my family and Sudath was our driver. He was ok at that time.After the trip, he encouraged me to bring more tourists and asked me to organize a group. We worked together on an itinerary, and based on our discussions I prepared the group and issued flight tickets.
During the planning process, he refused to sign any formal agreement and communication became inconsistent and unprofessional. After the tickets were issued and most details were discussed, the collaboration suddenly changed and I was advised to cancel my own ticket. In addition, communication shifted from strictly professional matters to personal and inappropriate messages, flirting many times and sending personal pictures with parts of his body.
Sudath also confirmed that we could use the Ella–Nanu Oya train route and advised purchasing train tickets in advance. However, I later discovered through another local agency that this route was closed at that time. This critical information had not been communicated during our planning.
I also received a comparable offer from another agency that was approximately 700 EUR lower and included a clear and well-structured itinerary.
Due to the lack of reliability, transparency, and professionalism, I decided to work with another provider. For group travel, I strongly recommend choosing a company that provides accurate logistical information and maintains clear professional boundaries.
