Very unhygienic gymn and very unsatisfactory reply from Pippa

点评：I have given the spa four chances to reply to my reply to their email and still they are ignoring me I sent it once again today and twice yesterday to Pippa and she ignored me
I joined the spa and used the gymn it was so unhygienic not been hoovered cup holders where ingrained with dirt some machines not working or squeaking the room smelt damp windows filthy and machines so sticky I walked out after half an hour and have no intention of coming back.
I am paying for a luxury spa not a health risk place and because I am not getting the service I have paid for I request my money back in full but no what I do infact get is being ignored
For this I had paid £150 joining fee and £125 for the monthly fee to use the gymn and spa.I had one reply from Pippa when I told them I wanted my money back but they did not address that in the reply and that they didn’t even have hand sanitiser let alone spray and wipes to clean the machines.My one reply only said they will stop the direct debit no mention of the refund.this has been completely dismissed This is supposed to be a luxury place Pippa has ignored my emails and even though I have mentioned that I would hold back a review till they responded they now ignore me.
