点评：The itinerary looked good, pricing was reasonable and reviews were generally positive. I should have looked closer or asked more questions up front, because once we paid, there was minimal information until 2 weeks prior to departure. Looking back, the trip detail had typos and a 2 star review.
We paid extra for a private tour, which we were told would be the same itinerary but just for our party (extra charge per person). When we got the trip details, half of the trip was private, the last part was ‘small group tours’ which they argued was communicated. It was not what we were told before booking the non refundable cost of the trip. Then they srgued that the extra fee charged does not make them a profit, we ‘couldn’t be satisfied’, lots of unprofessionsl back and forth during the trip. Last minute changes onthe tour the last day that caused us a return hours later than expected and took away from our final night plans.
The private guide we had for the first part of the tour is the reason for any stars at all for this review.
