Washington Pavilion的点评
点评：We attended Burton Cummings event on 7/22/2025. I experienced difficulty buying tickets online. I sent an email as per their website and received no reply after a week. I did call the phone number for information about shows at the Pavilion and expressed my difficulty buying tickets on-line. The person I spoke to seemed to care less and offered absolutely no assistance and suggested that I keep "trying".
I obtained tickets from an alternate source (I suspect they were fake) and we were able to gain entry into the theater. The show was fantastic, however theater is somewhat dated, with marginal acoustics. The seats were extremely broken down and uncomfortable. I would suggest bringing a memory foam pad to anyone attending this venue. All employees at theater were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The weak link seems to be the management, i.e. ticket sales, customer communications, and facility upkeep.
