Spa at the Ashford International Hotel的点评
点评：I had a voucher and used it to buy a spa day. There was a nice welcome with a request to pre select lunch. The changing rooms are cramped. I used the gym first, which was a cool temperature and had a good range of machines.
My package involved two spa treatments, 1 x 50 mins and 1 x 25 mins. They had scheduled me in the late morning to have both treatments together. This was a real highlight, my therapist talked to me about what I was hoping for and blended a facial with head neck and shoulder massage into a blissful 75 minute experience.
Lunch was pleasant and served elsewhere in the building. It was nice to walk around the hotel a bit.
I spent the afternoon in the swimming pool, sauna and steam room are which are all good quality.
The relaxation room had nice beds in it and a twinkly ceiling. However the other clientele were chatting so it wasn’t easy to switch off. I also hoped to read my book on a lounger somewhere but the relaxation room is too dark for that so I didn’t some by the pool.
