点评：I was at the Antique Mall when Mrs Emily Norman came storming thru the door.
She was loud demanding, rude to staff and completely out of line. The staff tried to explain to her repeatedly where she miss understood but she wouldn't listen. When the owner come over and tried to discuss with her the situation Emily Norman would not even listen raising her voice and causing a huge scene. This is a great mall and they shouldn't have to put up with the lies and disrespect of someone like Emily Norman. From the sounds of it she didn't want to pay her bill or couldn't afford to. That isn't the businesses fault. And for Norman to try and spread lies is not right. Emily Norman thinks that she had great items for sale when clearly she doesn't. Stick with your online sales honey. Reread your contract and grow up. Nobody likes a hater. Pack up your stuff and leave, don't cause a scene because you weren't successful at this mall. Best of luck to you. Maybe try a yard sale.
