Promenade Park的点评
点评：I am 48 and back when I was about 4 or 5, I remember being sat in the back of my dad’s orange mini. He drove through Promenade park and our speed was fairly swift, my mum informed my dad to slow down and when he pressed the brake, the pedal went down to the floor and I was quickly told to sit back.
It makes me smile every time we go here.
The walks here are nice, from the park surrounding routes to the footpath alongside the black water, it’s always busy but it’s a nice place to be.
I always felt that once the incident occurred and the water section was closed, Promenade Park would be ruined, but it hasn’t, it’s still a nice place to be and it still has that seaside vibe.
The giant sand pit, the new skatepark, the water park area, the play area, the food and drink cabins, the local pub and restaurants, the seafood bar, it’s about as traditional as it gets.
The boats, the views, the ice cream, picnic areas, play areas, dogs, clean and restocked toilets, crazy golf and a petting zoo.
I don’t know of anywhere else like it.
Usually, once Essex County Council get involved in anything, it’s ruined, but here they seem to have done something right, even the parking is fair.
Then you have the pump track, a crabbing lake or boating pond, hot doughnuts and churros.
We love it here and will continue to come back through the summer months and on occasions the winter months too. If you haven’t been, I would highly recommend.

通常说来，一旦埃塞克斯郡议会插手某项事务，结果往往搞砸，但这次他们似乎做对了，就连停车场收费也很合理。此外还有泵道、抓蟹湖或划船池，还有热甜甜圈和吉事果可供享用。
我们非常喜欢这里，整个夏天都会常来，偶尔冬天也会来。如果你还没去过，我强烈推荐你去看看。
