点评：I would give 0 stars if possible. This was a rip off. No prices listed on entry, no idea what we paid for. I definitely feel ripped off. Charged $160 for 2 adults and a teen, with no receipt to show what we were actually being charged. No swimming or feeding for us and tiny container of food 1/2 inch deep for teen.
The facility was filthy and stunk. The water in every pool was a filthy green bordering on black. I don’t know how anything is alive in there. The turtle ponds were so black you could barely see a turtle. Just the poor things desperate for fresh air on the edges. The whole place is so tiny, you’d be lucky to fill 1/2 an hour.
I feel like the government department that oversees animal farms/sanctuaries should be looking into this place immediately. I highly doubt it would be allowed to remain open.
I don’t know if reviews are being removed as it seems very strange to me that what we saw has not been reflected in recent reviews.
This is not value for money, this is not a nice family outing nor is it an ideal place for these animals.
The photos of crystal clear water on the website are polar opposite to what is on display. Not to mention dangerous as a child can fall in the filthy water as everything is open.
This honestly looks like something you would expect to see in a third world country.
Will never visit again, would never recommend.
