Scam! Charges a Resort fee with no resort, then charge you extra to use the pool each day. Closed the pool earlier than

点评：First of all, they charge you a resort fee. Around 3 o’clock in the afternoon I go down to the pool they charged us $32 to use the pool which should’ve been a part of the resort fee, they had a sign in front of the area of the pool displaying times of operation, which was 10 AM to 7 PM I paid. I took a break. Went upstairs to use the bathroom when I came back downstairs at 5:05 The pool area was closed. I took a picture of the signs that posted that the pool area was open from 10 AM to 7 PM. It was also confirmed by the attendant that the hours was 10 AM to 7 PM. Prior to leaving, I spoke to the pool manager who agreed that he would refund $32. He didn’t keep his word and I was still billed for service is not provided. This is an ongoing scam. I wasn’t the only one that was a victim of this scam. The hotel allows the pool to build the room that’s attached to your credit card, but when you go and try to settle a matter with the hotel manager, the hotel representatives informed you that they have nothing to do with the bill of the pool and that’s it owned by a private company. Once again, this is part of a scam. If you can receive payments from my credit card you should be able to make adjustments when there’s a error is not due to the customer. The pool is your partner when you wanna take money off of my account using my card, but it’s A private company when I have to dispute charges
