Not one for posting on things such as this but I would avoid booking a party here . This was my review of my sons first birthday party. I have left messages with no response via-fb, WhatsApp and phone.
Hi. I am just messaging with a complaint. I had my son Odhran 1st birthday party yesterday In your soft play.
At £230 this should have been well organised and ready for us arriving. However we arrived at 11:50 and where told there was another party on which didn’t finish until 12.
Now with only one party area it is impossible for one party to finish at 12 and the other to start at 12. So myself my partner and children where left standing at the front desk until nearly quarter past 12 with guests who had arrived for my sons 12 o’clock party!!! Having one party end and one start at the same time is just impossible for one to be finished, the area cleaned and set up for the other starting all at the same time. And due to this the area was not clean, tables where dirty and we were unable to set up for our guests arriving.This is extremely poor management skills and is simply not acceptable when people are paying a large amount of money to have their child’s party at your venue.
We have also had around 9 of the children who attended be extremely unwell with sickness and diarrhoea, 2 of them being my own. I believe that this is not coincidence and is infact due to attending the soft play. I am unsure if this is due to the food consumed or just down to the lack of cleanliness of the centre. I would like to add that the majority of the problems I encountered is not down to the staff and is down to poor management.
